HISTORY

The track was built in 1960 by Robert Hogeland and was later bought by Troy Lee Watts in 1972. Troy then sold the track to B. J. Parker in 1974 and B. J. sold it to Tony Davis and Billy Crownover in 1976. In 1978 Billy Parker and Ed Young bought Billy Crownover's share.

 

A 1/4 mile paved figure 8 operated from 1980 to 1985, and reopened in 2001.The track has previously operated as Sayre's Dixie Speedway and Dixie Speedway. The name changed from Heart O' Dixie Speedway to the current name between the 2004 and 2005 seasons.
